QNET strongly condemns the cases of fraud, recruitment scams and illegal immigration that use its name.

QNET, a 26-year-old global direct sales company specializing in lifestyle and wellness, learned of an article on Metro TV news portal on July 17, 2024, headlined “Immigration Bureau Arrests 26 Illegal Immigrants Who Were Online. There Was Business Misconduct.”

QNET categorically denies the allegation that the individuals mentioned in the report committed crimes on behalf of the company. Some have misused the QNET name for illegal activities.

QNET would like to emphasize that there have been similar incidents where individuals or groups have supposedly misused the company’s brand name to carry out illegal or criminal activities. QNET is not the same as Q-NET. We would like to reiterate that Q-NET and its operations in Ghana were dissolved by the Attorney General in 2022. We are not associated with QNET Limited in any way.

“This unfortunate use of QNET’s name for illegal activities is a matter of serious concern to the company and we have taken steps to educate and warn the public about this through numerous media appearances and publications over the years. We will soon be launching a 360 degree ‘QNET Against Scams’ campaign to continue to warn people not to be fooled by scams in the name of QNET,” said Biram Fall, Regional General Manager, QNET.
