Renowned Ghanaian gospel Evangelist Diana Asamoah has disclosed her political aspirations on UTV’s “U Cook” show, stating her desire to become Vice President alongside Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Accirdint to Diana Asamoah, her ambition was driven by her passion to introduce a policy tackling “one-man churches,” where leaders profit from selling items to members.

Diana Asamoah proposed policy aimed to end this practice, promoting transparency and accountability within these religious institutions.

She shared her admiration for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its initiatives, particularly the free Senior High School policy introduced by President Akufo-Addo, which motivated her to support and compose songs for the party since 2016.

Diana Asamoah also praised Bawumia’s vision for digitalization, recognizing its significance in aligning Ghana with the global technological advancements. Her endorsement of the NPP’s policies and leadership demonstrates her commitment to the party’s ideals.
