Ghanaian student graduates with 4.0 GPA in masters degree programme from US university

A Ghanaian student at Ohio University in the United States of America (USA), Crystal Kafui Asimenu, has distinguished herself academically by graduating with an exceptional 4.0 GPA from her Master’s Degree Programme in Social Work.

Her stellar academic performance has earned her a spot in a 4-year PhD programme in Higher Education and Student Affairs at the same university.

Asimenu’s 4.0 GPA is notably one of the highest ever achieved by an international student at Ohio University.

According to a citinewsroom.com report, she expressed a keen interest in teaching to influence lives positively and enhance others’ academic skills.

It added that she aims to tackle pressing issues like access, equity, and affordability in education and to influence higher education policy worldwide.

Asimenu has also vowed not to rest on her laurels but to pursue her PhD with the same vigor to continue making societal contributions.
