Ghana has never seen a Vice President as dynamic as Dr. Bawumia – MP extols

The Member of Parliament for the Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency Hon. Dickson Adomako Kisi, has lauded the Vice President for his remarkable achievements, considered a hallmark of the current administration.

He highlighted that the Vice President’s digital initiatives have made a significant impact, visible to all citizens, and unmatched by previous government administrations.

Hon. Kisi expressed his belief that this positions Dr. Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) candidate, as a strong contender, with no difficulty in garnering support from various constituencies nationwide.

These remarks were made during the inauguration of ‘Icons 4 Bawumia’ in his constituency on Sunday, June 9, 2024.

The launch of this youth movement aims to rally strong support among party members for Dr. Bawumia’s candidacy, aiming for a historic victory, surpassing the previous results in both constituency and regional levels.

The event was attended by current and former party executives, along with regional representatives of the ‘Icons for Bawumia’ movement from all 16 regions of the country.

Hon. Kisi stressed that the success of Dr. Bawumia in the upcoming elections relies on the collective efforts of all party members, urging supporters and executives to maintain a positive campaign approach without resorting to negative politics.

Meanwhile, Hon. Bashiru Mohammed, the former Municipal Chief Executive (MCE)  and national chairman of ‘Icons 4 Bawumia’, emphasized the significance of the movement and outlined the strategies it will employ to traverse the country and bolster campaign efforts for the upcoming general election.
