A taxi driver who went missing found dead in a dilapidated toilet

A 50-year-old taxi driver, whose name was only given as Kwabena, aka “One Day,”  has been found dead in a public toilet at Assin Juaso, in the Assin Fosu Municipality of the Central Region.

The driver had been declared missing over the past two weeks after his taxi was found abandoned in the bush.

The police were notified about his sudden disappearance.

A body was later discovered in a dilapidated public toilet in Juaso.

After examination, it was revealed that it was the missing driver.

Family members who spoke with Nyankonton mu Nsem expressed their grief over the matter.

Meanwhile, some residents have raised concerns over the frequency of this incident in the area.

According to them, approximately six cases have been documented in the last two months.

They urged the police to increase patrols in the area to protect people’s safety.
