Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui Clarifies Misunderstandings at Awubia Festival

Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui, the MP for Awutu Senya West, has addressed recent reports suggesting she walked out on the Vice President and Chiefs during the Awubia Festival.

Contrary to these claims, Tetteh-Agbotui clarified that she requested permission twice to leave the event and was met with high praise from the community for her contributions.

At the festival, the crowd celebrated Tetteh-Agbotui for her significant community-focused work, including initiatives in skills training through AsumiApa, provision of free general surgeries, health infrastructure improvements, educational scholarships, and annual road maintenance in the area.

She expressed her commitment to furthering development in her constituency, outlining ambitious plans for her next term.

These include establishing a Nurses Training College, constructing dormitories for three Senior High Schools, building additional Basic school blocks, enhancing the Bawjiase market, and focusing on road construction.

Tetteh-Agbotui emphasized her dedication to fulfilling her promises to her constituents, stating, “The people of Awutu Senya West need their fair share of national resources to improve lives, not fake stories masquerading as developmental projects.”

Her vision for continued progress and community development reflects her ongoing commitment to addressing the needs of her constituents and advancing the region’s overall welfare.
