During a press conference, the Anim family explained sadly to the media of how their land has been sold to a different developer by the cheif of Teacher Mante.
ACCORDING TO MRS,,,
“I and my husband acquired this piece of land for over 12years ,we have been abuse several times, upon paying all necessary royalties that are required to rightfully owns the land and to which some of this royalties were pay at the sectarian of OKYEHENE.
We only got to know that,for about an acre of the land has been to sold to different person whiles we try developing the land.
Our lives are now being threatening with land guards and okyeman task force by the new developer in a person of MR. OSMAN BIDA.
AS Ghanaian citizens we are,,we all believe no one is above the law of Ghana, unlike MR.OSMAN BIDA AND BARIMA GYEKYE MANTE using their own power and also disrespecting order of the court.
The high court of Nsawam declared injunction on the disputed area which is about an acre but the developer keeps developing the land without giving any respect to the court.
Due to the unlawful attitude and behavior of Mr.OSMAN BIDA by disregarding the ruling of the high court nsawam, that he keeps on developing the disputed part with the injunction ,lead the court to hold him of contempt.
Upon injunction and the contempt on Mr OSUMAN BIDA as the high of Nsawam ruled,
he keeps on developing the disputed land as at now,all because he has different power from the cheif of Teacher Mante (BARIMA GYEKYE MANTE)
Mr and Mrs ANIM, we are for peace, respect of the court,and also law abiding citizens ,and waiting for the rightful actions by the court and the lawmakers to be taking immediately.
For that matter We are just calling on all lawmakers,the national security, ministry of lands,the police service of this country to rain peace at teacher mante.
